The company is located at No. 18, Zhuangchi Road, Ganyao Town, Jiashan County, Zhejiang Province. It is located near Xitang, one of the four ancient towns in China. It is connected to Shanghai in the east, 80KM from Shanghai Hongqiao Airport, connected to Suzhou in the north, and Hangzhou in the southwest. Hangzhou, Suzhou and Suzhou are all about 98KM, with advantageous geographical location and convenient transportation.
The company is a key enterprise specializing in the production of bearings, bushings, side plates, thrust plates and other materials. It has a wide range of products, strong technical force and complete testing equipment. The products mainly include oil-free lubricating materials, bimetallic materials, boundary lubrication materials and solids. Lubricant materials, bronze-based materials, etc., oil-free lubricating bearing material formula is superior to peer companies, with integrated support of production, learning and research, and has an academician workstation. The material properties have been verified by various tests and used, and the bimetallic materials are automated. With production, the product quality is guaranteed, and the tape with a thickness of 6mm or less can be provided to meet the needs of customers for automated production.
The company has 6 automatic sintering production lines for ball powder and bimetal plates, 2 automatic sintering production lines for PTFE coating, 9 semi-automatic sintering production lines, 2 semi-automatic production lines, 2 automatic cutting production lines, one for FB090 and FB09G automatic rolling production lines.The annual output of materials is 450,000 square meters. The number of employees is 290, of which 20% are professional and technical personnel. The factory area is 20,000 m2. At present, the product variety, output, quality and testing methods of the products are in the leading position in the domestic industry.
In addition to providing materials for 100% of Zhejiang SF Oilless Bearing Co., Ltd., the company mainly supplies materials for well-known bearing factories and bearing factories in the industry.
